We ship only from our UK warehouse worldwide, you will never pay VAT or tax (for EU countries).
Standard delivery is free to UK mainland.Next day delivery is available, your order needs to be placed before 1pm.
This is subject to availability and does not include gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, or premium delivery services. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How do I return an item? Just click on the link below to request a return.
We will provide Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your goods back to us within 10 days of receiving that RMA number, using the return information supplied to you.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes delivery charge.
Free returns are available up to 14 days after delivery, customer needs to take an item to collect point/post office and provide your PayPal account to refund shipping cost*.
If you return an item over 14 days after purchase(100 days maximum) customer needs to return an item to us at his own cost.
Return the item in their original packaging within 100 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund of product price. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Our 100-day return policy and free returns policy do not apply to discounted/refurbished items, those items can be returned only if they developed a fault in first 3 months from purchase date.
Item must be in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange or a restocking fee up to 30% of the price of the product may apply.
No restocking fee shall apply if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect within 180 days after purchase, return shipping cost will be covered by us.
*Shipping cost can be refunded to your PayPal account only.
